The Tikka two offers great versatility with its three lighting modes maximum, economic and flashing which are accessed by a simple electronic push button switch. In maximum mode, the four LEDs deliver 40 lumens of light and supply enough light to see over a distance of 29 meters. The economic mode optimizes battery life so gives a long burn time of up to 120 hours. The battery compartment is hinged for easier access with an easier to use closure system. Matched with lithium batteries.

This is a good little product. The headlamp angle may be adjusted, so that it points straight ahead, or down at an angle. The light is bright and the headband is adjustable. It folds up small and is lightweight. I have it in my camera bag, but it can fit into a pocket. It opens easily and runs on three AAA batteries, which came with the headband. I think it’s great for those times when you can not carry a flashlight in your hand and you need just a little quality light on the subject, but it could never replace a professional grade headlamp.

This was my 1st headlamp buy, and I can see why people have them useful. This on is well made, it’s bright on the highest setting, and I like the choice of being able to rotate it up or down, and to be able to dim the light, or have it flash in an emergency, I guess.
Very comfy band, and easily adjustable. Worth the money.
