Here is the scene at our house since we opened the box for this slide. My daughter climbs it, slides down while saying “weeeee”, lands perfectly on her feet, runs around to the steps, and starts all over again till she’s too tired to continue. Which can go on for hours.

We got this slide for her 2nd birthday. Up till we got this we got hints that she wanted a slide when she started making ghetto slides out of cardboard boxes. After doing some research we settled on this slide for some difference reasons.

1. Its big! She can grow and grow but this slide should last her for many years.

2. Its hard Out of all the reviews I could find, this slide was the most tough and hard of the bunch. It never feels like its going to tip over, we weighted down the base with sand also, and the rail on the slide keeps my little princess safe.

3. Angle of the slide majority of people may not think about this but the angle at which the child slides down is vital. The other alike slides we looked at had a slide that nearly was a straight shoot down. This is rough on a little childs legs and gives them a big force of affect. But this slide has a little cruve at the end which softens the affect and pushes them away from the slide. This was the tipping point for us in our decision!!!

Other nice features but not deciding factors was how you may be able to pull the slide together to put it away and the steps have a nice grip on them for bare feet kids.

The only con we have so far is that it was costly but no more than the others in this class or alike toys. We’re worried about how much bending the plastic will do in prolonged direct sunlight but so far have had no issue there. Just a watch and see deal.

In any event my daughter loves this slide and we do too. I greatly recomend this to anybody for their kids!

We really like the natural color of the slide which we have on our back deck. My husband had an easy time assembling the slide. My son is 20 months old and we do still must be right behind him when he climbs up the steps to get on the slide. I think the older he gets the more use we’ll get out of it. The slide is pretty high and the top a little narrow for the my son to get his feet facing forward, but otherwise we’re really happy with this product. We’re expecting our second child and I feel we’ll get lots of use out of this buy. I decided to purchase this specific slide because it was less costly than the 129.99 variant which had really good ratings.

I had been eyeing this for a while and found a great deal on . It was between this slide and the Little Tikes Easystore big Slide. After reading reviews about the difficulty assembling the Little Tikes Slide, ths seemed the easy choice. So far no complaints! We bought it for indoor use, so the kids can exert many energy throughout the months when its too cold or too hot to play outdoors.

Here are many of the perks:

1. Big enough to really be fun.

2. Folds up for storage

3. NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED!

3. Our three 1/2 yr old likes to hang on the plastic black bar you see in the picture. I am worried it may break.

You get the good with the bad on this buy. Luckily, the bad really is not so bad. It’s big, and since I bought it for indoor use we really have to open up a space in the room when we bring it out. If your plan is to use it outside then this will not be an issue for you.

I’d say its about 5’5 when folded up. It fold ups easy and narrow. It really is supposed to be hung when folded, because its does not stay together. There are not any safety clips or anything. We have still to hang it, so when its folded up against the wall we have to be sure its leaning or wedged in between something big so it will not tip over.

I’ve read many complaints about the drop at the end of the slide. Yea, there’s one, but I think it depends on the child how they handle it. My one 1/2 year old does not seem bothered by it. You may be able to generally slip a little pillow underneath to help.

Our only safety concern was the ladder, and this was when we 1st bought it eight months ago. Our baby was not still a year and so we’d have to watch her carefully when she climbed up. All in all, this was one of our better big toy purchases. I am pleasantly surprised at how much use our kids have gotten out of it!

We planned to put this cottage out in the backyard but once it came, I now put it together in our living room. Now, it is in the house but once the weather is nicer tons of rain right now!, we plan to put it out back. It has a working doorbell which my son thinks is great & it comes with a little phone. He walks around talking on it all of the time! He loves sitting on the seat beside the “sink”. He sits there to eat his afternoon snack! Great product! had the best price, too. We saw the same one at target.Com but the shipping was awful the store did not carry it & we could not get it shipped to the store.

I comparison shopped and this cottage appeared to be the best deal for its brand and size. My kids LOVE it! it is not an overwhelming size, we keep ours in the house, but it is not too small for many kids to play in a common complaint about other cottages if you look at different reviews my two toddlers use up hours in there: cooking, playing with full animals, “sleeping,” playing store, cleaning it up, I could go on and on. They love the little working doorbell, the mailslot, the working shutters and door, the little kitchen with “stools” on either side, and the phone. They’re in toddler heaven! And they can still easily play in it when they have one or two other little toddler friends over to play. This was the best $175 we ever spent!

I got this playhouse for my 21 month old twins. I wanted something gender neutral, something with shudders they could open and close and a table/chairs.This had it all. They like to play in it and sit at the table to drink juice. They’re small for their age and they both fit in it perfectly. It’s a small playhouse, but I could think it could be OK for both to play in till they are at least 3. They adore the phone and doorbell, but they have most likely had the most fun out the mail slot. I give them a part of paper and one stands outside and one inside and they deliver mail to each other. After looking at other playhouses for $250 $500, I am happy we went with this one.

This is the most played with toy in our house. The tunnels and cubes give it limitless possibilities. The ball pit is the biggest hit with the kids and with us, also. The &quot,door&quot, to the ball pit zips shut to keep them all in. As with most things that have ball pit balls, there aren’t enough included but we added a box of 100 balls and it was perfect for the kids. We have kids ranging in ages from ten months to ten years and they all play with this toy. The older kids enjoy shooting hoops with the balls and chasing the younger ones through the tunnels. The younger kids seem to take pleasure in the ball pit and tunnels the best. Whenever anybody comes over to our house, this is the 1st toy they go to in the playroom! The best thing about it, though, is that we can pop it down for when we have to move it. We newly painted the playroom and it was the simplest thing to move in there. We have had other playhuts in the past and they all last a long time and through many kids. Much better than plastic or inflatable models. Well worth the money for the use you’ll get from it.

I, like many other reviewers, had a blow up ball pit. It was a big hit and lasted six months before developing a hole which I couldn’t find, still caused significant deflation every two days. I did think about to get another blow up, till I read about everyone complaining about the hassel of blow up pits to get holes and their inablility to swiftly take down/move them. I also thought that the Megaland could support more physical and imaginative play for my two and three year old boys and help keep them busy and active all Winter long. I have only had the Megaland play center for about a week, but I’m happy that I chose to get it. The flexibility it lends in easy collapse and compact storage is great and the quality looks good. I also like that it may be taken separately and rearranged in many different ways. This is done with changing simple velcro attachments. This will add new and greater interest in playing with it. I’m happy that I have the 100 balls from my old ball pit to add to the 50 which come with the Megaland though I haven’t used them still. If you’re particulary interested in having “ball pit” play then I feel it’s essential for you to buy another 100 balls. The 50 balls that come with the Megaland aren’t almost enough for a “ball pit” enjoyment.

The Megaland by Playhut is excellent for little people. It’s lasting and can take the wear and tear of cowboy and indians, space adventures to the princess in the castle. It was turned over, stepped on, kicked, pushed around the floor and sat on by my year old son. My five year old and three year old have taken it a step more than the baby by making this playland their make believe area. The balls are awesome because I get to keep them clean and they’re safe. It was great for rainy days or when we can not get to the park. I have different pieces in different rooms. Since you may be able to add on pieces I’m going to invest in more tunnels. But you definately need a big play area when the complete megaland is set up.
