Just received my 1st Invicta and I now know why so many are big fans of the brand. Remarkable from the time you open the box to wrapping it around your wrist. Heavy responsibility, great weight. Perfect condition, smooth auto motion, great date magnification. 43MM is a good size timepiece that I belive most can wear well. Depending on this watch I can ensure there are more Invicta watches in my future.

I do not know what happened to BPRJam’s watch as per the review above, and below.

I received mine ten days ago and I haven’t had to change the time since. It’s keeping up with my mobile phone, and another quartz watch which I am using as a cross reference, pretty much down to the seconds.

This is my second Invicta, both auto, and I’m happy with both.

Dont get me wrong I like this watch and its got a big 52 mm case. My only problem is that its not swiss made like the watch in the picture , insted it says swiss movt. Which means the movt is swiss but it was made in China and not subjected to the superior quality control standards of the Swiss. So anyways I checked the model numbers just to be sure It was the same watch and it was but I suspect the watch in the picture is a older variant but since then Invicta cheaped out and started making them in China to save money , however the retail asking price is the same $ 575.00 which looks kind of shady to me.

Since my original review corrected and updated their pictures to say ” swiss movt ” insted.

I bought this watch as addition to my group of cheap watches that I do not just store in box but also can wear.

This watch is big at 52mm but it isn’t uneasy on wrist. The weight is amazing for its size. The numbers and hands are bright at night and may be obviously seen.

The rubber bracelet is comfy and not irritating skin. But, it’s strange short for the watch this size. I have wear it on the 3rd hole from the end. But it is not a problem at least from me but many people with bigger hands may not be able to fit this watch.

The price is right in a spot for quart motion swiss made watch. If you may be able to see my last reviews, I generally like quartz watches though newly I bought not many mechanical watches. I’m “time accuracy freak” so having perfect time is must for me and this watch keeps perfect time.

The only thing that this watch is missing is a second hand. But because I’m not wearing this watch at time when seconds play much difference, I’m ok with it also.

I am greatly recommending this watch to men with medium to big size arm/wrist. Men with small hand may find this watch too heavy and too big.

If you need a nice, somewhat dressy looking diver’s watch, this may fit your needs. While the yellow or orange are surely showy, this one is just informal enough but doesn’t look as if you just came out of the water. I have been wearing mine for three days now and am really enjoying it. It’s a big watch but isn’t uneasy. You’ll certanly dont have trouble seeing the time throughout the day or night nor will anybody else that’s sitting around you. It’s holding good time and I assume that it’ll continue to do so. If you need a nice price on a big diver, take a closer look at this watch.

I got this watch last week and it is been great so far. I have been using Timex Ironman watches forever and this is somewhat bigger but not at all bulky. The barometer was spot on since I calibrated it. The altimeter worked great on a hill run that I did yesterday. Compass was off by six deg, but for a watch that is not too bad. Thermometer is influenced by your body temp so that is most likely the most inaccurate sensor. The atomic timekeeping is most likely the best thing about the watch.

The negatives are that the alarm is not that deafening and the countdown timer does not have a repeat setting, you must start it over yourself. In general though great watch, I could purchase it again.

Though the working parts of my orginal review remain correct, I noted that it’s susceptible to early loss of black coloring from the black coated ring that surrounds the bezel, apparently without regard to attrition or use issues. Other user comments appreciated.

This is a good looking watch & stands out with the reverse LCD display. It’s thin but has a quality heft to it. I like the gadgetry & once adjusted, I find them to be as correct as one can expect from a watch. They’d get you through in a pinch but I already have precision instruments I take up with me when hunting, fishing, or camping so they are really for the coolness factor more than anything else! ,

As far as rugedness, this watch is more workplace than campground. The bezel is raised, defending the crystal from scrapes. My last watch was a Luminox & it took abuse in 20f weather while hunting. This watch is not rated to work in that low of temperature.

I live just north of Denver so recieving the signal isn’t a problem.

When I recieved this watch I played with it for hours, setting up all the gadgets & displays. I also pressed the light button many, many times & the watch never came off it is high charge. So you do not have to worry about it running out of a charge overnight, after extreme use. It stayed on high for about a month now, the watch LED shuts down if theres no light or motion to conserve energy. Turns on as you pick it up, pretty slick indeed.

I could like be aware of that when I firstly adjusted my temperature it was on my wrist & I adjusted to go with my indoor thermometer, of which it was only some degrees off. Now when I check the temperature it was inside a degree or so of both home & work readings. But, when I leave it off my wrist it reads about 16 degrees lower so it must take into account your body heat?
